Judgify Feature Releases January 2019

The beginning of the year turned out to be quite fruitful, and the Judgify development team was successful in updating and releasing the following features:

  1. Entrant & Submission Importer
  2. User Information for Sale Agent

Below you will find descriptions of the new features, the user availability details, and the benefits they provide.

Entrant & submission importer

The Entrant & Submission Importer feature is designed to allow for the import of entrants and submissions into the system via CSV or Excel. The feature is available only for Enterprise users and can be customised as an Ala Carte option under Basic and Pro with a certain charge.

To achieve full functionality, it is necessary to use both “Entrant Importer” and “Submission Importer”.

The feature is available to a “Super Admin”.

Benefits

For event organisers:

This feature is provided for event organisers who only require judging from Judgify, as they already have submissions collected from other systems. They just need a platform to perform the judging with their own database. Consequently, they only need importing functionality to input submissions into Judgify.

For event judges:

The feature enables judges to handle input submissions with maximum ease and speed.

User information for sale agent

User Information for Sale Agent allows the system to display certain user information, such as the following:

● If he/she is registered as an event organiser

● If he/she has completed the user information

● If he/she is the event’s owner

● If he/she is an event entrant

This information is displayed when the user’s name is entered, which greatly simplifies the task.

This feature is not restricted to a particular subscription plan (free, professional, enterprise). It is available only to “Super Admin” and “Sale Agent”.

For users:

This feature speeds up the process of providing support with the information upon the users’ requests, which are received via the Support Live Chat. In the past it took much longer to receive certain data from the user, then receive the data and provide it to the Dev team, wait for their response, etc. Now the communication process is much faster and optimised. Thus, the inquiries are now processed faster and better.

Another huge plus for both us and our users is the fact that with the new feature, due to faster communication and data analysis, users and their profiles are better understood, and the product will be improved in order to satisfy a variety of users’ demands in different user segments.
